Weber adjustments.
I have been reading in several books and forums and have not found the same answer twice. here it goes

On your weber carbs what are your settings.
How far are your idle speed screws turned in? 1/2, 1, 2?
How far out are your idle mixture screws? 1/2, 3/4, 1, 8?

Also can anybody tell me how to tell if my main circuit is lean?
Is there a way to read the plugs for the main circuit or do they only tell you the overall conditions?

Lastly, I removed the screw from the vacume advance port on one of my IDFs and a few drops of fuel came out. What would cause this, and is there something I should do or look for?
