Just finished talking with the Marriott Hotel management about the security for our Spring Meet. We will have security in place from 11:00pm to 7:00am on the evenings of Thursday (3/17), Friday (3/18), and Saturday (3/19) at a cost of $300 per night.

We will have a collection box available in the hotel lobby at our registration table. As previous members have stated, $15 per Cobra is not a bad deal for a little piece of mind for three evenings. Also an additional $5 would help pay those additional expenses occured to maintain our TCC web site, printing costs, etc..
