I ordered mine online in early jan. Called a couple of weeks later and left message. Called a few days later and talked to Mike. I told him I wanted to start with the Jan/Feb Shelby issue, no problem. He transferred me to Steven for payment with cc. I paid Steven and told him I wanted to start with the Shelby issue because they were already mailing out the march/april issue. He said I would get both no porblem.
I only got the march/april issue and a bill to pay again. Mag is so so , called back again, run around. going to cancel.

Who the hell is Mike? we don't have one... I will get our subscription manager Glen on this right away. Hang in there.

ps remember we are a small operation and the idea of a run around in our office just can't happen we don't have enough people to do that. Glen will be in contact with you ASAP
