I don't have a picture of mine handy, but when I finished up at the BAR he handed me the sticker and told me to put it anywhere I like as long as I put it on a "permanent" part of the car (rather than on a small removable piece). I affixed it to the body on the inside of the trunk. That way it 1) doesn't clutter up a nice clean engine compartment, 2) it's protected from the weather as well as
oil and gas so it doesn't fade or fall off and 3) it's easy to see and read if you know where to look.
