A mates suggestion-- put a 5hp electric motor in , lots of batteries to fill the boot, the EPA will be very happy!!!! AND
Buy an old diesel, set it up in the back yard,run it on sump

My wifes suggestion --- Leave the prohibited vehicle sticker on the windscreen and replace the windscreen! Theres only a $6000 fine for removing the sticker from the windscreen! (God help me)
Another --- Sell tickets to a cobra crushing. Get the EPA to pay for the TV rights to show what happens if ya get caught. Funny, I'd probably make more than the cars worth. Be a lot of tears though.
