I have QA 1 adjustable valve shocks on my 289 SB car. I find the 3 setting is good for normal street driving. I have adjusted it to 6 and it is very firm, almost harsh but does improve the front roll rate of the car. Other than that I know nothing more.


Do you only have 2 valve settings on your shocks? I have 1-8 on mine.
