Nice to finally meet you Bob. I have to say, I was impressed with the shop and all the goodies you had sitting about. Really enjoyed shootin the BS and hearing stories. Now, get that Coupe together so you can come out on a cruise!! Really suprised me when ol Tony R showed up in his Unique.
The ride was awesome. I even managed to get a little sunburnt on the face - nice 'racoon eyes' from the sunglasses. Saw a few cool cars out as well. Passed a 65 GT350 (not sure if it was
real or a clone
), a late 60s Jag XKE, a 57 MGB, and mid 60s Studebaker Pick Up Truck. Stopped at Hooters in Cartersville - who knew there's actually a Hooters that DOES NOT serve beer in Sundays!?!?! Not that I was looking for beer, but the place was about empty. A Hooters on Sunday with a NASCAR race showing on the TV and it's empty???!!?!? That what I was thinking too! Guess Bartow County is dry on Sundays. Anyway - nice Sunday (all day) ride.
