I had a billet steel flywheel in my stock stroke Windsor and Bill put an aluminum wheel in my stroker. The rev speed is quite noticable. I would go aluminum.

After a good hard ride.....oil pressure is over 50, temp is below 190, she idles and no new dents. LIFE IS GOOD!
