No, the vibration started at about 1300 miles, but probably due to battle damage to the front end, looking back.
At 1800 miles now, intense wheel balance took vibes down 50 percent, alignment guy and I will wing it manana.

When did you change the wheels? 17" Coddingtons are pretty easy to bend, got the same rollers on my '67.
