does a long pole come with it, buy it from the same place, or gotta get your own someplace else?? I hate to show my ignorance, (as usual, again) but I don't know what OEM stands for.
I've always wondered.....
when tightening, is there a certain level of torque you want to tighten to??? 3 were what I would call 'normal torque' one was very tight; of course not to the point of breaking....
