I have a 302. Currently the tap for the
oil guage is on the driver side by the timing cover. I have a mechanical type
oil guage with the tubing. I noticed a port on the block back by the firewall, currently plugged with a pipe plug. Does anyone know if I can hook my
oil guage into that port for pressure readings. This would dramatically decrease the length of my oil pressure tubing and help to clean up the engine compartment.
No big deal just curious
