Default 427 Stalls out

When driving my Cobra down the road it seems to be running fine. When it comes to a stop it stalls. If it is still rolling you can let the clutch out and it will kick over no problem.

Unfortunately I am not driving it yet. The guy completing my car just informed me of this today. I am planning to head to Vegas on Friday, after a 20 month wait, to pick-up my completed Cobra. Now I hear she ain't doing so good. I am thinking possibly timing, carb adjustment or vacuum leak?
Any other suggestions?? When I dyno'd my engine up here it idled relatively well considering my cam.

Any suggestions would be great. Wanted to get some idea's prior to heading down there in case this problem is not solved by then.
