This is what I heard back from my buddy Kris who is working on my car.

"The float level seemed good. We advanced the timing, but once it got warmed up, it flooded the engine and died. We removed and cleaned the needle and seat, but did not test drive it. I am now 100% certain it is totally a carb problem."

Any thoughts??
