The Dynamat Roscoe refered to is very thin and can be used under the seats. I lined everything in passenger compartment. Its very easy to use. Cut it with a box knife, peal off the liner and stick iti in place. THen glue the carpet to it with super trim adhesive. There was a recent thread I responded to with the part #'s from Summit. Might want to do a search. Here are two pics in my gallery that show the installation.
