Jerry, check my gallery for frostking insulation installation. We had the car on the road without it, made a big change in my opinion. The aluminum tape you see on the seems is less visible in person.The headers are less than 1/2" away with no visible problems yet.Only have 100 mile on car while we finish exterior.
