Sure it's a Ford issue, but they have the relationship with the Ford supplier and have all the information about the warranty.
They also promised to take care of it when I first talked to them about it. I'm not saying it's their fault or anything, but they're in the position to provide serious help...and I'm sure, knowing them, they will.
I've got another call into them. Will follow up once I talk to someone.
