Default Smiths water / oil temp thread adaptors???

I am plumbing my Smiths (Caerbont made in 2001) oil temperature gauge. The threads on the capillary tube that goes into the oil pan end is a 5/8" UNF (unified fine thread).

Does anyone know where to get a high grade 308 or 316 stainless 5/8" UNF to 1/2" pipe adaptor. Both sides are male.

Thanks in advance,

Michael Strunk
