I used a standard "compression" type fitting adaptor, which of course was to small in the center for the thermistor (sensor) to pass through. So I drilled it out to the same size as the sensor. Works like a charm. I was never able to find an actual adaptor type fitting made for this application. I suspect such adaptors come with the gauge\sensor at the point of sale and if you don't get it then I don't know WHERE you would ever find it.
