I have had Water Wetter for several thousand miles in mine with very little anti-freeze (we don't usually even get frost here) and it does a good job keeping the car cool except on the 100+ days, then it does run close to 220* if I am stuck idling for a long time. The water always looks good and WW is supposed to have all the anti-corrosion and lubricants you need so you don't need any anti-freeze at all. I would run water and WW only, but I was too lazy to flush everything out.
