Many of the kits have a relay mount that holds 4 relays. Mine is on the drivers side kind up out of sight on the sidewall. Hard to get to as old as I am so when a relay went bad for my lights, I just went to NAPA and got a two relay mounting and put it on the passenger side where I could get to it easy and it is still out of sight. There are several schematics on the club showing how to do the high and low beams from the relay. The 2nd relay I got is just a spare. There should be a fuse for your low and one one for your high beams.
