I drove around without a screen for a bit to rego. before I had finished it was enough to make me wonder if building a cobra was a good idea!! I guess an aero screen would give you some protection but I think Ronda would enjoy her cobra experience onlt yhr once
not to mention removing the bugs form her teeth. You could knock one up out of 4mm clear acyrlic without to much trouble. Just lay it out in the midday sun up there and mould it to the shape you want
