Quickest way...drill 2 holes completelt thru the mount and backing plate a run 2 Grade 8 bolts thru the holes with washers under each end and a nylock. Tighten them to ALMOST contact the rubber and it will solve the torque problem while still letting the rubber isolate the vibrations.
