Sid, I called the contact person on the entry form for the show and they told me they had no one that could put the form on the web. If you want to call him, actually there are two contact persons, one of them can fax you a form so you can enter before August 1st in order to get a free T-shirt besides the other stuff. Don't forget, you have to pre-register before the 1st of Aug., that's only a few days away.
I don't have a fax machine otherwise I would send it to you.
