I got my springs/shocks from Ian and got what you have stated also. I found the fronts very hard around the streets and didnt like the rock hard ride. I have put 350lb main spring (is that the primary?) and it is much nicer to drive around town. I think I will end up using the 450lb for the track though but will wait & see what the later ones handle like.
