Dave - New yoke doesn't match....

Tried calling a few times but you're on ansaphone, and you don't seem to be a fan of email so......
You sent me a new 28 spline output shaft and yoke to replace my snapped 25 spline but there's a problem with the yoke.
The picture explains best - the jaw opening is about 10mm different. I did explain that I was replacing a 25 spline and you didn't mention this may be a problem - the old one appears stock - does this require the prop shaft rewelding and if so....why didn't you say anything?!
What's the way forward here?
