We are out of luck the other u-joint listed smaller than a 1310 is referred to as a 1 3/4R. The dimensions are 2.438" from cap to cap and 1.062 cap diameter. There is no conversion u-joint for that size to 1310. It looks like you will have to change the end of the driveshaft.

I agree with you on the sizes and bigger is better but I have seen a 1300hp+ turbo drag car that weighed #2900 run solid 1330's for two seasons with no failures.

I have solid 1350's in my car with 1000hp at #2975 I was not willing to take chances.
