I have this little problem with an exhaust port on my Yates heads having the main chassis/engine bearer smack in the middle of the port! Thinking of tidy ways to modify it! I could go outwards but then that would be on a different plain than the rest of the chassis, re the pictures the port is high up about 3-4" above the welded in engine mount tubes.
This may to harder one to post here, and I will sort it anyway, but someone with a bit of knowledge on space frame chassis design may offer an opinion!
