I would say, for the FE, the Aviad, Canton or Milodon pans would fit the bill rather well.

The attributes you want IMHO are: oil capacity; good ground clearance; an oil temp bulb port and rear oil drain plug. Additionally, you want something fairly sturdy should you whack something with the front or the bottom of the pan. The Milodon tend to have extra "armor" on the bottom and front from what I have seen.

Those cast aluminum pans can crack if you whack something with them while the fabricated pans tend to bend or dent. So, I would stay away from any cast pan (ie: the cast Shelby / Cobra pans).
