Clois,

All of the Wilwoods have 1 square seal per piston. I also use a small pointed pick to get them out. With regards to the o-rings on the internal fluid cross-over calipers only, you will have a seal at each joint. If you have one spacer (between the body-halves) you will have 2 o-rings. if you have two spacers you will have three o-rings.
