Thanks Jim! This should work on 1855. I made it in a CNC machining center. It only takes about 30 secs to mill the end of the aluminum bar...but it takes about 1/2 hr to set it up. So when I made it...I made a handful of them. All I had to do was push the "start" button and ...bamo...30 seconds later I had another one. Shoot me your address, I'll send you one.
