I mounting this tank on my 351W with March pulleys. The only issue I saw or had was with my alternator location. My pulley set up placed my alternator on the passenger side in the upper position by the cylinder head. This caused some issues with the radiator hose coming into the tank and with the belt tension rod running across the front of the tank. I was not able to mount my alternator in the lower position, below the cylinder, head like the one pictured earlier in this thread due to my remote
oil filter being in the way. So I modified my pulley and relocated my alternator to the drivers side. Fits fine. You may see some clearance issues due to the cap being on the outside edge of the tank as the hood curves down in that area. I was very close on clearance with the hood, but I raised my engine 1" to increase ground clearance, if I would not have done this there would have been no clearance issues with the hood.
Bottom line only real issue I had with the March Pulleys and this tank (other then the price) was my alternator location.
