All opinions on what are priority options for my build and what are options where I might scrimp would be read with great interest.
Mike Arps at Hurricane, Chris at the Engine Factory, and Michael Turner at Keith Craft have been very helpful, but TCC opinions would be like gold.

PS: Thanks for the input on the
Oil Cooler. The look is cool but perhaps the practicality for street driving / street performance isn't there. I haven't been bitten with the competitive track driving snake, yet. I will look out for more discussion once the thread is restored, i.e. when the new server comes back online.
