Here it is from the manual.

"Front

The specifications for the standard front spring preload are on page 46. This will result in about 7-1/2" from the ground to the bottom of the front crossmember (5-1/4" to the front of the main rails). The specifications shown below are predicated on the standard tire sizes: 235-60 and 295-50-15. You may change the front height to suit personal taste but be aware that the oil cooler scoop will contact pavement if car is too low.

Once the height is correct, tighten the front upper control are pivot bolts. See Page 87.

Rear

If you have adjustable spring collar shocks, the rear height can be adjusted to taste. E.R.A recommends that the main chasis rails be raked about 1/4" to 1/2" from front to back."
