Thank you for the information. I know Hawk Cars and have met Gerry once or twice. I shall give him a call at some point. He is a great guy and very knowledgeable about specialist cars, being a regular columnist in the kit car press.
Although I am still some way from affording the car of my dreams (but hopefully not too far), I am making serious enquiries. Just getting up to speed with what is available and the pros and cons. Thank you for taking the time to help a prospective customer.
