I know there have been posts before regarding braided lines and the incompatability with Premium unleaded fuels.

I went to Earls the other day and they were a little coy about the subject, but finally they suggested that Teflon hose should be used.

How much of an issue is this, I have seen most cars with the regualr hose, I would prefer this as there is a larger range of colours available (Vain I Know But!!!) and obviously it is much cheaper, I intend to use hard lines for the rest of the plumbing.

I am interested to know how long it will stand up to the fuel?

Is it immediate or do you get reasonable life out of it???
