I bought mine from the Healey Factory as well. Replacing the pitted ones that came with the car. Firstly a drop of super glue on the hinge pins is a good idea to stop the hinge pins from coming out. I lost two of them luckily on different ocassions. The Healey factory supplied replacement pins. The hinges are left and right hand side and they aren't exactly cut to the right angle to follow the body line of the Cobra. Make sure you use the gaskets provided. Because of the angle of the hinges there is a fair amount of stress on the fibreglass body when lifting the boot nearly vertical. To solve this I fibreglassed a strip of Aluminium about 60mm wide on the underside of the body to reinforce the area. The hinges are bolted throught the aluminium Works a treat. Hope this helps I learnt the hard way
