Corky- you said you were building a 64 289, If you use the 289 crank you would have to have special pistons to work with the canted valves of the cleveland heads. A 302 crank could use Boss 302 pistons. If you are thinking of stroking it then????????????? A Tri power set-up or even a dual quad would be less complicated.
