Guys I need help,
I purchased a Midstates from Michagan. It was never titled. The MSO is in the old owners name, and I do have a bill of sale. I also have a Vehicle Safety Inspection sheet from NSRA.
Illinois DMV won't let me title the car. They say I need to have the old owner title the car, then transfer it to me.
Any one have any problems like this? Any easy way to title this car?
I do have a call into Bob Kallio from Midstates to see if he can help.
