I am organizing a balloon festival in Martinsburg, WV on August 4, 5, and 6, 2006. It's about 1 hour, 10 minutes from Washgington, DC. I estimate attendance will be between 15,000 and 20,000. I would like to have an exotic car show as part of the festival, but have no idea how to even begin. Any advice or interest?
