I actually did just that - picked up a cheapo scanner this weekend. But due to a poor wiring design by my car's builder (hey wait a minute...
), the test plug is up high in the driver's foot box. I can't get the scanner on there and read it unless I get in some contorted postion that nobody will want to know about.
I saw I can get them online for only about $10. But I was hoping for some local option first.
