It's not the heads. The company that built it didn't seem to really care about the workmanship. The pistons were hitting the crank and causing pieces to break off and run thru the bearings wiping out the bearings. The block needed to be line bored because the bearings were not wearing evenly. The dampner was loose on the crankshaft and wobbled because it didn't fit and had to be replaced.
My new engine guy spent all day Friday trying to get the new pistons to clear the crank but the machine shop closed before he could get everything in to be rebalanced.
The motor has to get put back together and get back in the car and then it has to go back on the dyno to get tuned.
It's not worth it to rush to make the event. I'd rather have a motor that runs right.
