Angry Help!

On my way to work today I pulled up to a stop light and noticed my engine sounded a little "funny". Like I had developed a header leak. When I looked at my engine oil I had about 1-5 psi if I were lucky.

(1). I ran my car ~1/4 mile before I realized what had happened. How long is "too" long to run a motor with little to no oil pressure?

(2). I going to pull my oil pan and check for damage. Which main bearing would be best to pull and inspect for damage?

(3). What about the top end? I'm running a solid lift roller cam.

This is a 351C 4V motor with less than 2k miles on a fresh rebuild.

Any comments/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Lew
