As long as you are a 1st or 2nd year attendee and send an email to wscb@comcast.net stating you are "Definitely planning to attend WSCB 2007", or a new attendee under number 201 - you're on the notification and registration for a spot. If all goes well, registration will begin November 1st, 2006.
