Hi Tadd,
Welcome aboard..good luck with your project and you are in the right place to ask for ideas.Look at some of the galleries for other build methods.I think the 2" drop spindles may be a little low,I set up for standard and will have a ride clearance of about 5" with the right A arm geometry. 4" x .120 wall dom is a good foundation for the frame, the Cobra Restorer plans will give you a good starting point.
