One trick tool I found for that #8 top header bolt is one of those new ratchet style wrenches that everyone seems to sell now with a swivel head on it. I can swivel the head so it make a 45 degree bend and slide it down and over the head and then ratchet it on or off.

However, do agree with dsmith that taking the other headers off first is even easier.
