check on ffcobra.com . Lots of guys over there that will be glad to help you out. However, since you are building a chassis from scratch, why not build it to pin drive width so you can put some deeper dish wheels on it?
Or, you can reverse engineer it like lots of the scratch builders do. Get your tires and wheels and set them under the body where you want them and start measuring your required face to face measurements.
