I suggest logging in to Ebay directly, then opening up the auction:

Then go to the following url to find out the end users contact information:
http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQtZvbQQsofindtypeZ9

Then contact the seller directly at their SC address. If that information does not jive, then I would back out of the auction until such time that they can be contacted within the USA. A trick I have used is to give them a fax number and ask them to fax me over a copy of the title (both sides). If still questionable, I'll find a local Mustang/Shelby/??? Member willing to personally check out the vehicle before sending any funds........Have yet to get burned while doing things this way...Only had one seller tell me that was unacceptable and I walked away from the deal, for without proof of ownership there was no way I was going to send even a $100 deposit...
