I am not sure how you will go with the emissions side of things with the US spec emissions.

Other bits I would bring that come to mind.
Steering wheel, Side pipes (fitted after rego), gas cap assy, full set of gauges and senders (must be kph), lock & handle set, Possably screen assy depending on cost to get here, I am not sure about rims but these could be these are possably best bought if you know what size and offset.
