Mine is a 392 crate rated at 430 hp, which nets me 359 hp at the rear wheels. I have a 3.73 rear end, which puts me at 4000 rpm at 120 mph (see photo in my gallery) and a stock Tremec TKO. I have 335 Michelin Pilots out back and the only way first gear will hook up is to release the clutch over about a full second. Second gear gives more than a chirp, but if the tires are warmed up well, I can reduce that to just a chirp. Third gear will chirp is the tires are not hot. I thought I wanted more power, but this combo is really fun. Totally streetable, not a pain to drive, doesn't overheat (engine or cockpit) and I can still embarrass just about anything out there. I didn't think I'd like the tall rear end gear, but I really do. Gives it such quick pop redlight to redlight. Haven't had it on the track, so don't know it's manners at the limit.
Hope this helps!
