No party is to blame. Not Republicans, not Democrats, not Independents.
No company is actually to blame. A company is nothing more than a bunch of people working together to make a profit.
The
system is to blame. Politicians who are elected should NOT have authority on complex construction projects.
When Shell or Mobil build hugh offshore platforms or refineries, they do not have the problems we see when the project is government related.
Just my 3 cents worth
